Just to remind you all that the entry list closed at midnight on 13th August and   no refunds will be made on existing confirmed entries as per the regulations. Your place will be offered to the first reserve on the list.  We now have 6 reserve entries eagerly hoping that they may get a place on this year’s Tour. Of course any profits from cancellations will be donated to Kent Surrey Sussex Air Ambulance.

Organising Permit/Certificate of Exemption No 203901 for the event has been issued by Motorsport UK

Seeding will now take place so make sure that if there is someone you wish to travel with you need to advise us now, if you haven’t already done so.  Please also let us know of any special dietary requirements, if you haven’t already done so.  

Seeding the entry means that your start number will change from the original entry number currently showing online.

Every participant on the event will need to sign-on online before you arrive at the start of the tour.  You will need to check your seeding number before you try to sign on.  Signing on will open on 20th August at 09.00 & close on 6th September at 09.00.  This is to allow time for Jill to check we have all the correct information for you.  More instructions will follow before 20th August.

Remember you need your password to gain access to the entry list if you have any amendments etc. to do.  We do hope you have remembered it this year as we have asked for a donation of £5 (going to KSSAA) for anyone who needs our help to get back into the entry form.  You were all advised to keep this information somewhere safe! All the venues are confirmed and are looking forward to welcoming you.  As usual we shall have a raffle to boost KSSAA funds at the finish and if you have any suitable gifts:  Spare Event Tickets, Champagne, Wines & Spirits or Motoring related items that you would like to donate please bring them to the start and give them to Jill, our Entries Secretary, when you collect your pack.
